How to delete your Trifold account and associated data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Trifold account. Deleting your account removes access to the app and is handled together with associated personal data as described below. If you use the mobile app, you can start the process yourself; if you cannot access the app, use the email option below.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Deleting your account is permanent. You will not be able to sign in again with that account.
  • Content and activity tied to your account (for example notes, bookmarks, and similar data) will be handled according to our data retention practices when your account is deleted.
  • Some information may be retained where required to provide our services or comply with legal obligations — see Privacy Policy (section 4. Data Retention).

Delete in the Trifold app

  1. Open the Trifold app on your device and sign in.
  2. Go to MoreSecurity.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted, then complete the confirmation.

After deletion succeeds, you will be signed out. If you need help, contact support@trifold.life.

What happens to your data when your account is deleted

Account deletion may include your profile, preferences, and content you created in the app (such as notes and bookmarks), subject to our retention policies and applicable law. Exact categories can vary by feature.

Cannot use the app?

Email support@trifold.life from the email address associated with your Trifold account. Use the subject line Account deletion request and include your registered email (if different) so we can verify your identity before processing.
